Bush Tomato Chutney

Flavour – Akudjura (ground bush tomato) used in a tomato and apple base.

Colour and Appearance – Orange/red chutney with some ingredients diced for texture.

Typical uses – Accompanies red meat, pies or vegetables. Embellish with chopped tomato and basil for ‘Bushetta’. Use as a pizza or pasta sauce.

Helpful hints – Cover left over chutney with a thin layer of oil and refrigerate for long term storage

Storage – best stored chilled and always refrigerate after opening

Packaging – 150g and 2kg bags

This is a very popular product of ours having been on numerous Qantas menus and versatile enough to be used as it comes or extended with tomato or vegetables.
