Why are getting fatter as a society?
According to a study in the New England Journal of Medicine, excess body fat may account for 20 percent of all cancer deaths in women and 14 percent in men.
By following the LIFE Weight Loss System which is also termed the LIFE Plan, I lost 17kg (about 13% of my body weight) over the first 5 months. It has been very easy with little change to my lifestyle and I know that had I exercised and had a little more sleep, I would have lost a lot more.
The next stage was when I began exercising using a modified High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine which was based on research done at the University of NSW School of Medicine. I am now a stable 85kg from a top weight of 132kg.
