Lemon aspen sweet chilli sauce

Flavour – Sweet citrusy flavour similar to a blend of grapefruit and lime with a hint of menthol enhanced with chilli

Colour and Appearance – pale yellow, thick but flowing sauce with chilli flecks

Typical uses – use as for any sweet chilli sauce

Helpful hints – Do not use with other citrus juices as the flavour will dissipate. Suitable on salads as a dressing, even with citrus segments.

Storage – Store unopened pouches dry then refrigerate after opening.

Packaging – 150ml and 2kg stand up, spouted pouches

Our lemon aspen sweet chilli sauce can be used as a salad dressing or substitute for ordinary sweet chilli sauce.

Use it as it comes or as a base for other flavours. Add more chilli, basil, soy, ginger, wasabi, Lemon myrtle sprinkle or Alpine pepper for extra dimensions.

Extend with chicken stock, fish or seafood stocks or a rich white vegetable stock (onion, celery, zucchini, carrot etc).
