I realize that it’s late notice but with a new VP of Sales just on board, Herbal-Active® requests and uptake into so many new products AND travel to the USA promoting Kakadu Complex it’s been a busy few months.

Anyway, I have been invited to present a workshop in Hong Kong at the Natural Products Expo Asia and this will be on the 28th August at 2pm. My topic is Ancient Flavours for Today’s Kitchen and is sub-titled Prehistoric nutrition for modern times.

I will be covering the food ingredients from the Australian Aboriginal larder and will explore not only their taste profiles and applications but also their nutritional functionality.

As with the story of Kakadu Complex, we are now discovering the significance of the nutritional density of wild foods as compared with the nutritionally dilute fruits and vegetables of today.

But for an in-depth expose of this topic, I hope to see you in Hong Kong at the natural Products Expo Asia.

I’ll also have a stand at the trade fair.
