Shipping & Returns
Delivery in Australia For delivery addresses within Australia, we offer you delivery by Australia Post using Express Post, which is trackable all the way until the parcel is delivered to your address. The shipping costs are determined live from the Australia Post eDeliver website. The information provided also includes an estimate of the delivery time for the package within the postal system.
We will generally choose satchels with Express Post as the cheapest freight option and we have the following packs:
- Up to 500g A$11.55
- 500g – 3kg A$17.30
- 3-5kg A$24.90

If the order is larger than this, we ship using TNT Road Express which is generally cheaper than Australia Post. You can check postage rates for an indicative price using the Australia Post rate calculator and entering our postal code of 2208 as the starting destination.
For international destinations we offer delivery by Air Mail. We ship globally and have never yet had difficulties although some destination countries have slowed the expected delivery times, adding a few days to a week to the times our shipping calculator will give you once you enter your address and click the UPDATE button.
UK and Canadian customers please note: Our software has a problem with the spaces in postal or area codes. Please enter your six character codes omitting the space. Thank you.
Delivery Address & Billing Address
On our Shipping Method page you can also enter any special delivery instructions for your order, such as a different delivery address to the billing address, etc.
