Rainforest rub

Flavour – An aromatic citrus mixture with dried lemon aspen fruit with top notes of lemon myrtle and a base mix of (vegetarian) chicken stock and macadamia nut pieces

Colour and Appearance – Pale yellow colour with milled spices, herbs and nut pieces.

Typical uses – Try this seasoning on chicken, pork or even red meats either as a finishing touch, a dry marinade, added to meat stock, demi, mornay or as a topping for vegetables.

Helpful hints – Store in a cool place for longer life.

Packaging – 225g shakers.
