Flavour – hot pepper and spice with a fruity finish

Colour and Appearance – thick brown sauce colour

Typical uses – for all BBQ and grilled meats, stir-fry dishes, eggs, sausages and as a marinade; use as a base adding tomato paste, paperbark or bluegum smoke oils; great with sour cream over potato skins, wedges or fries; drizzle over pizza; use as a substitute for ketchup or tomato sauce; use as a mushroom sauce base

Helpful hints – contrast the flavour with coconut cream, sour cream or mayonnaise

Storage and Packaging Sizes – Refrigerate after opening. Available in 150ml spouted sachets and 2kg doy bags.

Mountain pepper sauce is one of our really popular sauces used in a wide range of applications both as a garnishing condiment or as an ingredient. Try it in baba ganoush (grilled eggplant (aubergine)) at a 25% addition rate. I call this my bush ganoush.
